Join Our Team as a General Foreman

Are you looking to take on a leadership role in the construction industry? D. Grimm, Inc. is seeking a General Foreman to join our team in Navasota, TX. As a women-owned, full-service civil contractor, we specialize in Energy Services and Land Development, delivering safe, high-quality solutions for a variety of projects. With a modern fleet of trucks and heavy equipment, we partner with leading clients to build critical energy infrastructure across Texas and the Southwest.

All jobs require travel across the southern central US. Work is TX is not guaranteed.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production and reporting in Smart Construction
• Provide management and safety leadership on-site
• Manage apprenticeship oversight
• Handle equipment management
• Work on concrete pads, piers, retaining walls, and containment projects
• Execute mass grading and earthwork tasks

Required Skills:

• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints
• Ability to perform general repairs
• Understanding of specifications and inspections

Nice to Have Skills:

• OSHA 30 certification
• First Aid/CPR training
• Experience working in/around live substations
• Strong troubleshooting abilities

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $114,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $140,000.00
