ZB EcoTech Infra Private Limited is a pioneering, DPIIT-recognized green infrastructure and real estate development startup based in Hyderabad. We are disrupting the low-to-mid rise residential market by replacing carbon-heavy, topsoil-destroying traditional concrete frames with high-performance, load-bearing Compressed Stabilized Earth Blocks (CSEB) and Earthcrete technology.

Using the renowned Auroville Vikas Community as our structural proof-of-concept, we engineer premium, eco-luxury, thermally superior housing clusters near emerging growth corridors. We leverage on-site soil to compress material freight costs to near zero. Our pilot project models are currently under evaluation for institutional seed funding on the LetsVenture (LVX) platform.

Role Description:

We are seeking an execution-driven, high-momentum Associate Partner & Co-Founder (Growth & Land Alliances) to anchor the commercial scale-up of our initial 1-acre peri-urban residential developments. Working directly alongside the Managing Director and upcoming technical leads, this position is a high-agency, milestone-based equity partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Land & Pipeline Sourcing: Lead ground-level deal originations, negotiating creative, zero-upfront Joint Development Agreements (JDAs) or asset-backed Compulsorily Convertible Debenture (CCD) structures with regional landowners.
• Capital & Investor Relations: Co-pitch our frozen corporate data rooms alongside the founder to accelerate active VC, Angel Network, and banking syndication loops.
• Green Compliance Moats: Interface directly with local and national green building councils to lock down official CII GreenPro and IGBC ratings for our layouts, establishing a permanent marketing moat.
• Sustainable Brand Positioning: Oversee market creation, translating complex technical climate-resiliency metrics into a high-demand, health-conscious consumer narrative.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Absolute Entrepreneurial Grit: High enthusiasm, resourcefulness, and comfort navigating pre-revenue, pre-funding execution stages.
• Ecosystem Context: Solid commercial understanding or existing networks within real estate development, land liaisoning, alternative building materials, or sustainability sectors in the Telangana/AP region. (A formal civil engineering or NICMAR background is a bonus, but raw drive is non-negotiable).
• Founder Mindset: Complete alignment with a sweat-equity milestone milestone vesting framework ahead of institutional funding close.

Stakes & Compensation Framework:

• Immediate 5.00% Pre-Money Equity allocation directly carved out from the promoter block (calculated entry book value of ₹2.16 Crores based on our current baseline valuation framework).
• Dilutes proportionally to a clean 2.70% Post-Money stake instantly upon the closing of our target ₹36.71 Crore Seed Round.
• Target performance projection value modeled to hit ₹5.59 Crores by Year 5.
• Governed by a standard 4-year milestone vesting schedule with a 1-year cliff to protect early team equity integrity.
• Transition to a competitive corporate salary, HRA, and project profit-pool bonus structures immediately upon capital tranche activation.
