Soch Foundation is looking for a passionate and dynamic CSR Project Executive / Project Coordinator to join our team and contribute to meaningful social development initiatives. Location: Ultadanga, Kolkata Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage CSR projects from planning to successful execution. Prepare project proposals, reports, presentations, and other documentation. Coordinate with corporate partners, NGOs, schools, communities, and other stakeholders. Monitor project activities, collect data, and prepare impact and progress reports. Ensure smooth implementation of projects while maintaining timelines and compliance requirements. Support the development and execution of impactful social initiatives. Candidate Requirements Experience in CSR project management, NGO project handling, or social development projects is preferred. Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and reporting skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Good organizational and problem-solving abilities. A genuine passion for creating meaningful social impact.
