What You'll Do

Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and CPM. Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign structures. Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights. Collaborate with the Creative Team to develop high-converting ad creatives. Stay updated with Meta platform changes, industry trends, and best practices. Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure optimal allocation.

What We're Looking For

1–4 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads. Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager. Knowledge of campaign objectives, pixel events, conversions, retargeting, and lookalike audiences. Experience in campaign scaling and performance optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience managing high-budget advertising campaigns. Familiarity with Google Analytics and tracking tools. Understanding of marketing funnels and customer acquisition strategies. Experience working in a digital marketing agency or performance marketing company is an added advantage.
