CX Analytics & Reputation Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a CX Analytics & Reputation Specialist for a growing organization based in La Mesa, San Diego. This is a fully remote, temp-to-hire opportunity available on either a part-time schedule of 25–30 hours per week or a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Candidates must reside in San Diego County. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about customer experience, online reputation management, and using data to improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze customer feedback, online reviews, surveys, and customer experience metrics across various platforms
• Track customer sentiment, identify trends, and provide insights to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
• Manage online reputation platforms and assist with responding to customer reviews and feedback in a professional manner
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations highlighting customer experience trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring customer concerns and recommend process improvements
• Maintain accurate records of customer feedback, analytics, and reputation management activities
• Support initiatives focused on improving customer engagement, retention, and overall brand reputation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer experience, analytics, reputation management, or a related field
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Excel, reporting tools, and customer feedback platforms
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Assignment Details:

• Contract to hire role
• Onsite
• Part-time 25-30 hours or Full-time 40 hours
• Located in La Mesa, San Diego
• Compensation: $28.00-$32.00 per hour DOE
