Are you a Financial Crime Compliance leader with expertise in AML, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions, Fraud Risk Management, and Regulatory Compliance ? Join HCLTech BFS and lead high-impact teams supporting leading UK, Ireland, and global banking clients.
What You'll Do:
✅ Lead and manage end-to-end AML/KYC operations
✅ Drive Financial Crime risk mitigation and compliance programs
✅ Manage large operational teams and develop future leaders
✅ Partner with Compliance, Business, and Senior Stakeholders
✅ Drive process excellence, automation, and operational transformation
✅ Oversee quality, governance, MIS reporting, and performance management
✅ Act as a SME for Financial Crime Compliance initiatives
What We're Looking For:
✔️ 10+ years of Financial Crime Operations experience
✔️ Strong expertise in AML, KYC, CDD, EDD, Sanctions & Transaction Monitoring
✔️ Experience managing large teams and client-facing engagements
✔️ Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
✔️ Certifications such as CAMS, CFE, CGSS, Lean Six Sigma are preferred
