Partnerships Coordinator

Key Responsibilities Negotiations & Contracts Work closely with the COO during partnership negotiations — preparing background material, tracking terms under discussion, and following up on open items. Support drafting, reviewing, and redlining partnership agreements and contracts alongside the COO and legal counsel. Maintain a clear record of active agreements, key terms, renewal/expiry dates, and deliverable obligations for each partner. Marketing Coordination Understand marketing briefs for each partnership and translate them into clear action items. Coordinate directly with the relevant marketing executive to ensure briefs are actioned on time and aligned with partnership terms. Act as the point of continuity between what was agreed commercially and what gets executed creatively. D
