Graphic Designer

Mayskin is a science-forward, barrier-first skincare brand. Design is central to how we tell our story — and we're looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring that story to life across every format we touch. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Pune. Pune-based candidates only. About the role You'll own the visual voice of the brand across digital and marketing channels — from scroll-stopping social content to motion pieces, product visuals, and short-form video. We want someone who thinks like a storyteller first and a designer second: someone who understands that every frame, every layout, and every edit is carrying a message. What you'll do Motion Graphics Design and animate motion graphics for social media, ads, product launches, and campaigns Create engaging animated explainers, product reveals, and brand storytelling pieces Bring static concepts to life with movement, transitions, and rhythm Graphic Design Design brand and marketing assets across social media, website, ads, packaging support, and campaigns Maintain and evolve a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints Create static creatives — posts, carousels, banners, product visuals, and promotional material Video Editing Edit short-form video for Instagram Reels, YouTube, and ad creatives Handle cuts, pacing, transitions, text overlays, colour, and sound Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form formats Content Creation Ideate and create original content in line with brand storytelling and campaign goals Collaborate on concepts, scripts, and creative direction for shoots and campaigns Stay on top of trends, formats, and platform-native styles to keep content fresh What we're looking for Strong creative instinct and a sharp eye for design, composition, and detail A genuine storyteller's mindset — you understand how visuals carry emotion and message Proficiency in motion graphics and animation (After Effects or equivalent) Solid graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent) Comfort with basic-to-intermediate video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent) Ability to take an idea from concept to finished asset independently A portfolio that shows range across motion, static, and video Nice to have Experience in beauty, skincare, D2C, or lifestyle brands Familiarity with social-first content and short-form trends The details Location: Pune (on-site) Type: Full-time
