Summary
The Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing construction planning operations to ensure efficient project execution, accurate invoicing, and compliance with industry standards. This role demands strong coordination across project teams, analytical skills, and proficiency in construction methodologies and documentation
.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed construction plans with defined timelines, milestones, and objective
- Prepare and manage project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Coordinate resource allocation for labour, equipment, and material
- Conduct risk assessments and maintain a risk register
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders and provide regular progress update
- Lead review meetings and publish dashboards to monitor project health
- Drive continuous improvement through performance evaluation and process optimization
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Education
Engineering degree in Civil or Construction Management preferably
