As our clients expand into new markets, Aurafé Expansion Group is growing its DC team. We’re hiring an Event Marketing Associate to represent our clients in person at events and venues across the DC metro area, and help them reach new customers and supporters.
What You’ll DoRepresent client brands at events, pop-ups, retail locations and public venues across the DC areaStart conversations with event visitors and members of the public, and explain each campaign clearlyHelp interested people sign up as new customers and supportersWork toward clear daily and weekly goals with a supportive teamHold every interaction to a high professional standard
What We Look ForConfident, clear communication with all kinds of peopleA coachable mindset and a high personal standardReliability and consistency, day after dayInterest in learning how events and marketing campaigns drive business growthNo previous experience is required, and full training is provided. Backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail or events are welcome.
