Senior Sales Executive - Corporate Travel

Role Overview We're hiring a Senior Sales Executive to grow our Mumbai business — acquiring new corporate clients, managing key relationships, and achieving sales targets, while delivering the premium service All 4 Season is known for. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new corporate clients and business opportunities Generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry events Prepare and present travel proposals; negotiate and close deals Build long-term client relationships; drive repeat business and upselling Track market trends and competitor activity Coordinate with Operations, MICE, Holidays, and Accounts for smooth service delivery Maintain CRM records and sales reports (Daily, weekly & Monthly Activity Report) Share market insights with the leadership team to support business planning. Work closely with Operations, Reservations, Ticketing, Visa, Holidays, MICE, and Accounts teams for smooth service delivery. Coordinate with Accounts for timely invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments while maintaining a positive client relationship. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or Tourism 3–5 years of sales experience in Travel, Hospitality, Airlines, Hotels, or MICE Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Willingness to travel for client meetings
