As our HR Generalist, you'll play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding through employee support, compliance, and workforce administration. You'll help ensure our teams are staffed, supported, and equipped to succeed while delivering a positive and consistent experience for employees across the organization.

What You'll DoLead full-cycle recruiting activities for hourly and salaried positionsBuild talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, community partnerships, and recruiting networksCoordinate onboarding and orientation programs that help new employees succeed from day oneServe as a trusted resource for employees seeking support with benefits, policies, documentation, and HR-related questionsSupport employee engagement, recognition, retention, and culture initiativesMaintain employee records and HR systems with accuracy and attention to detailAssist with leave administration, compliance activities, audits, and employment documentationPartner with HR leadership to improve processes, reporting, and overall service delivery

What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred3+ years of Human Resources experienceExperience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, or HR administrationFull-cycle recruitment experience, including sourcing, interview coordination, and offer administrationStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesKnowledge of HR principles, compliance requirements, and employment regulationsAbility to build relationships across all levels of the organizationExperience with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft OfficeManufacturing, food and beverage, distribution, or other high-volume operational experience is a plus.SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification is also preferred.
