To support high-volume after-hours patient care, the full-time Florida Licensed Telecare Nurse will triage patient inquiries, coordinate care, and provide evidence-based nursing assessments in a hybrid work environment (M-F 8-4). Key responsibilities Conduct after-hours patient triaging and manage inbound and outbound communications through various digital platforms Assess patient conditions, direct them to appropriate care settings, and develop care plans using established protocols Document patient interactions accurately and provide follow-up outreach for symptom management and care coordination Required qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an approved nursing school Three years of advanced emergency department clinical experience and five years of clinical experience in multiple specialties Current RN license in the State of Florida and multistate nursing license obtained within 90 days of hire Ambulatory Care Nursing Certification (AMB-BC) required within 36 months of hire Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification
