What You’ll DoProject Execution & CoordinationSupport the successful delivery of electrical construction projects from kickoff through closeoutWork closely with Project Managers, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects moving forwardAct as a key link between the field and office—resolving issues quickly and keeping communication tightTrack job progress, productivity, and performance against budget and scheduleProject Controls & Cost AwarenessMaintain RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract documentationTrack procurement, material deliveries, and equipment usageSupport cost tracking, billing, and financial reportingHelp ensure accurate project data to keep jobs on track financiallyChange Management & ReportingIdentify scope changes and support pricing, documentation, and client submissionAssist with budget vs. actual reporting, commitments, and cost forecastingPrepare meeting notes, project updates, and internal/external communicationsScheduling & Performance TrackingHelp build and maintain project schedules (engineering, procurement, construction)Monitor progress and flag risks that could impact deadlines or productivityQuality & SafetySupport a strong safety-first culture across all projectsEnsure work aligns with quality standards, contract documents, and company expectationsClient & Team CollaborationBuild professional relationships with clients, vendors, and field teamsSupport a team-oriented environment focused on accountability, execution, and resultsProject CloseoutAssist with turnover documentation, as-builts, and closeout packagesMaintain accurate logs and final project records
What We’re Looking ForExperience2–3 years of experience in construction project support or coordinationElectrical construction experience strongly preferredField experience (foreman or similar role) is a plus
EducationBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldOR equivalent hands-on field/project experienceSkillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong communicator—clear, direct, and professionalSolid understanding of construction workflows, scheduling, and cost trackingProficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools is a plusProblem-solver who anticipates issues and takes initiativeCareer GrowthAt McPhee- A Phalcon Company, this isn’t a support-only role.
