Ironically, we need someone very good at making videos people cannot scroll past. You’ll make Reels, Shorts, performance ads, UGC edits, product films and organic storytelling pieces. Some edits will be fast, punchy and cut tightly on beat. Others will need space, restraint and a story that unfolds naturally. You’ll own the whole thing: pacing, music, sound design, captions, motion graphics, colour correction, grading and the final feel.
