Salary: $70,000 - 85,000 per year Requirements:

• We are seeking approximately 2–5 years of experience supporting ERP, MRP, MES, business systems, or similar applications.
• Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
• DELMIAWorks/IQMS experience is an advantage, though not required.
• A degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Systems, or a related discipline is preferred, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• We need working knowledge of Windows PCs, hardware, Microsoft 365, and basic networking principles.
• Familiarity with SQL, Crystal Reports, Power BI, or comparable reporting tools is a plus.
• Understanding of manufacturing activities such as production, inventory, purchasing, bills of material, routings, and quality is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and root-cause problem-solving abilities are required.
• We value the ability to explain technical ideas clearly to employees with varying levels of system knowledge.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills are important.
• A customer-service mindset and the ability to collaborate across departments and locations are needed.

• We serve as a primary resource for DELMIAWorks questions and support across manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, planning, sales orders, shipping and receiving, and quality.
• We troubleshoot system problems, determine root causes, coordinate vendor support when necessary, and follow issues through to closure.
• We support ERP administration, including user accounts, roles, permissions, and configuration.
• We help maintain accurate and consistent ERP master data.
• We train employees on DELMIAWorks and create practical work instructions, FAQs, and troubleshooting materials.
• We support reporting and data requests and build knowledge of ERP reporting tools and underlying data structures.
• We assist with testing system upgrades, patches, enhancements, integrations, and configuration updates.
• We identify opportunities to improve and standardize ERP processes and workflows across Medbio locations.
• We partner with employees across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Customer Service, and other functions to understand business needs and improve system use.
• We act as the on-site point of contact for basic IT support at the Orchard Park facility in coordination with our broader IT team.
• We provide first-level support for laptops, desktops, peripherals, Windows, and Microsoft 365.
• We assist remotely with troubleshooting and equipment installations as directed by the IT team.
• We support employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment and system access.
• We escalate network, server, cybersecurity, and more complex technical issues to the appropriate IT resource.
• We provide remote support to employees at other Medbio locations as needed.

We are hiring an ERP & Business Systems Specialist in Orchard Park, NY, for an in-person role that combines ERP support, business systems work, and some hands-on IT support for our local facility. This position is a key resource for our DELMIAWorks ERP system and an extension of our broader IT team.
