Plant Manager / Manufacturing Ops Lead

Lincoln Search Consultants has been retained to identify an experienced Plant Manager for an established manufacturing operation in Indianapolis. This is a highly visible site leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys improving an operation—not simply maintaining one . The Plant Manager will have multi site responsibility and lead teams and leaders across Production, Materials, Engineering, EHS, Inventory Control and related plant functions. The organization is seeking a hands-on, strategic manufacturing leader who can quickly assess the operation, identify opportunities for improvement, strengthen accountability and develop a culture of continuous improvement.
