The facility operates as a rural tribal health clinic delivering clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages. Clinicians will provide clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages at an on-site rural tribal health clinic, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on a day shift schedule. The expected caseload is 16 patients per month, and clinical responsibilities encompass the evaluation and management of primary care conditions across all age groups. Prescriptive authority is required for this assignment.
