The Role

As an Operations Executive, you are the hands-on force that keeps every Nomichi trip running. You support the Operations Manager across bookings, vendor coordination, and live trip execution, and you own the details that make a journey seamless.

You coordinate with vendors, DMCs, trip captains, and travelers to make sure every booking is confirmed, every document is in place, and every issue gets resolved fast. You report to the Operations Manager and work closely with the founding team.

What Will You Do

• Handle bookings end to end, including hotels, trains, flights, transfers, and activities, and manage vouchers, confirmations, and refunds.
• Coordinate with vendors and DMCs on rates, availability, and confirmations, and keep the vendor database up to date.
• Build and maintain trip checklists, departure runbooks, and pre-trip info packs for travelers.
• Support travelers and trip captains before, during, and after trips, and resolve on-ground issues in real time.
• Maintain accurate cost sheets, booking trackers, and reports for the Operations Manager.

Qualification

• 1 to 3 years of experience in travel operations, bookings, logistics, hospitality, or coordination.
• Good Excel and Google Sheets skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and conditional formatting.
• Familiarity with booking platforms and OTA sites.
• Strong communication and sharp attention to detail.
• Calm under pressure and available for on-call support during live trips, including early mornings and weekends.

Compensation

CTC of Rs. 3.5L to 5L per year, plus performance-based incentives based on experience and interview.
