Position OverviewThe Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities while building long-term relationships with hiring leaders and decision-makers. This individual will play a critical role in expanding Ferretti Search's client base and driving sustainable revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR leaders, and executives.Conduct client meetings to understand organizational hiring needs and workforce challenges.Present and promote Ferretti Search's recruiting and staffing solutions.Negotiate service agreements and close new business partnerships.Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery and exceptional client experiences.Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records within CRM systems.Stay informed on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive activity.
QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or business development.Proven track record of generating and closing new business.Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.Growth mindset with a desire to learn and continuously improve.
