Key Responsibilities:Assist attorneys with commercial lending and loan closing mattersPrepare, organize, and review lending and closing documentsCoordinate transactions with lenders, borrowers, title companies, and other partiesMaintain transaction files and track deadlines throughout the closing processSupport all aspects of loan documentation and post-closing mattersProvide administrative and legal support to a collaborative lending team
Qualifications:Prior experience in a law firm, title company, bank, or lending environment preferredFamiliarity with loan documentation, commercial real estate transactions, or lending procedures is a plusStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple transactions simultaneouslyConfident communicator with a proactive and professional approachEagerness to learn the nuances of SBA, USDA, and other government-backed lending programs xzbcwsv
