The Role We’re looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive who is confident, driven, and hungry to close deals.
You will be responsible for:
Generating and following up with leads through consistent daily calling.
Understanding client requirements and presenting suitable properties.
Conducting client meetings and site visits.
Handling negotiations and taking deals from enquiry to closure.
Maintaining a strong sales pipeline and achieving monthly targets.
Building lasting relationships with clients and contributing to the growth of the company.
Who We Want This role is for someone who:
Has prior experience in property/real estate sales.
Is confident on the phone and comfortable making regular outbound calls.
Has strong follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
Is target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Takes ownership rather than waiting for opportunities to come to them.
Wants to grow with a company and be part of building something bigger.
Important: This is a 100% on-site role in Mohali , with travel required for client meetings and property visits.
