Manager - admissions outreach (ug)

<p> FLAME University is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager – Admissions Outreach (Undergraduate Admissions) to strengthen our student outreach initiatives in the Delhi region. </p> <p> Key Responsibilities: </p> <p>* Drive undergraduate student outreach and admissions initiatives across Delhi and North India. </p> <p>* Build and nurture relationships with schools, principals, counselors, and educational institutions. </p> <p>* Conduct presentations, seminars, career guidance sessions, and admission events. </p> <p>* Represent FLAME University at education fairs, exhibitions, and outreach programs. </p> <p>* Generate quality student leads and manage the complete outreach pipeline. </p> <p>* Work closely with the Admissions team to achieve enrolment targets. </p> <p>* Maintain market intelligence and identify new outreach opportunities. </p> <p>* Travel extensively within the assigned region as required. </p> <p> Preferred Qualifications &amp; Experience: </p> <p>* Bachelor's/Master's degree from a recognized university. </p> <p>* 5–8 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, outreach, business development, or education marketing. </p> <p>* Strong network with schools and education counselors in Delhi/NCR is highly desirable. </p> <p>* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. </p> <p>* Willingness to travel extensively. </p> <p> Location: Delhi (NCR) </p> <p> If you're passionate about connecting students with transformative educational opportunities, we'd love to hear from you. </p>
