Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and technically proficient Architect with 2–4 years of professional experience to join our New Delhi studio. The ideal candidate should possess strong design sensibilities, excellent technical documentation skills, and experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams throughout various stages of architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare concept designs, schematic layouts, design development drawings, and detailed construction documentation.
• Develop architectural drawings, presentations, and 3D models in accordance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other consultants to ensure seamless project integration.
• Assist in preparing tender drawings, GFC drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and vendor proposals.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure design compliance.
• Ensure adherence to the National Building Code (NBC), local building bye-laws, accessibility standards, and other statutory requirements.
• Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and internal coordination meetings.
• Support senior architects and project leads in delivering projects within quality, budget, and timeline requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
• 2–4 years of relevant post-qualification experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Council of Architecture (COA) registration is preferred.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)
• Working knowledge of Revit (preferred)
• SketchUp
• Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
• Microsoft Office 
• Basic understanding of BIM workflows and coordination
• Familiarity with architectural detailing and construction documentation
