Career Xperts Consulting is looking for a Strategy & Growth Lead – Founder's Office to work closely with our CEO across business strategy, growth, people, marketing, employer branding, digital initiatives and new business development.

This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role for someone who wants to work closely with the leadership team and gain a 360° view of building and scaling a business.

You will work directly with the CEO, help evaluate opportunities, structure decisions, develop business plans and drive strategic initiatives from idea to execution.

What You Will Own

Work Closely with the CEO

Act as a strategic thought partner to the CEO by helping research, analyse and structure important business decisions.

You will help answer questions such as:

Where should we grow? What should we build? Which markets should we enter? What should we stop doing? Where should we invest our people and resources?

Business Strategy & Planning

Support the development of annual, quarterly and long-term business strategies. Analyse business performance, market trends, competitors and growth opportunities. Develop business plans for new initiatives, verticals, services and markets. Translate strategic objectives into clear action plans and measurable outcomes. Track progress and ensure initiatives move from planning to execution.

Growth & Market Expansion

Identify new markets, industries, geographies and business opportunities. Conduct market research and competitive analysis. Develop strategies for market penetration, client acquisition and business expansion. Identify opportunities to create new revenue streams and business models. Work with business teams to convert strategic opportunities into measurable growth.

New Business & Strategic Initiatives

Evaluate new business ideas and assess their commercial potential. Build business cases, financial models and execution plans. Work on new service offerings, partnerships and strategic initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams to take new initiatives from concept to launch.

Employer Branding & Internal Talent Strategy

Work closely with leadership to strengthen Career Xperts as an employer brand. Develop initiatives to attract high-quality recruiters, business leaders and specialist talent. Support internal hiring strategy, team building and organizational growth. Identify capability gaps and help design the right team structure for future growth. Build initiatives that improve employee engagement, culture and retention.

Digital & Marketing Initiatives

Identify and drive digital initiatives that can improve business visibility, efficiency and growth. Work with marketing teams on content strategy, digital campaigns, Linked In presence and employer branding. Explore new digital platforms, tools and technologies that can create business impact. Track digital performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement and conversion.

Market Intelligence

Track industry trends, competitors, emerging business models and changing customer needs. Build market intelligence that helps leadership make better business decisions. Identify emerging opportunities before they become mainstream. Develop presentations, reports and insights for leadership reviews.

Execution & Follow-Through

This role is not only about creating Power Point presentations or strategy documents.

You will be expected to make things happen.

Drive strategic projects from planning to execution. Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders. Establish timelines, ownership and KPIs. Track outcomes and identify roadblocks. Keep the CEO updated on progress, challenges and results.

What We're Looking For

Experience in Strategy, Consulting, Business Growth, Founder's Office, Business Operations, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Entrepreneurship or a similar role. Strong business acumen and the ability to understand a business across functions not just within one department. Strong understanding of business strategy, market expansion and growth planning.
