About the Role

Amity University Online is looking for an Alumni Coordinator to build a strong and active alumni community. The role will involve alumni engagement, managing the Alma Connect platform, organizing events, developing alumni networks and creating meaningful opportunities for alumni to stay connected with the university and current learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Amity Online alumni across programs and batches.
• Manage the Alma Connect platform , including alumni onboarding, profile updates, engagement campaigns and platform adoption.
• Plan and execute alumni meets, reunions, networking sessions, webinars and other engagement activities.
• Develop alumni communities based on programs, industries and locations.
• Identify active and influential alumni and build them as Amity Online ambassadors.
• Identify alumni for mentoring, career talks, masterclasses and industry interactions with current learners.
• Develop alumni success stories, testimonials, interviews and other alumni-led content.
• Maintain accurate alumni data and track engagement, participation and key activities.
• Build relationships with senior alumni, founders, CXOs and industry professionals.
• Explore alumni-led collaborations, networking opportunities and initiatives.
• Work closely with Marketing, Career Services, Technology and other internal teams on alumni initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports on alumni engagement, Alma Connect performance and key initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Alumni Relations, Community Management, Student Engagement, Event Management, Customer Engagement, Education or a related field.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong event planning and coordination abilities.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, databases and digital platforms.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong follow-up, ownership and execution skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with both young professionals and senior industry leaders.
• Social media and digital community experience will be an advantage.
