General Ledger Accountant

Joining the operational finance team, the full-time General Ledger Accountant will manage core general ledger responsibilities, support month-end close processes, and provide project-level financial reporting while working in a hybrid environment based in Pacific, MO. Key responsibilities: Assist in the monthly close process by preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules Prepare monthly WIP schedules, Job Cost Reports, and project budgets for assigned operational groups Provide timely reporting of actual and projected project financials, reviewing results with financial and operational leadership Required qualifications: 3-5+ years of accounting or finance experience, with a focus on general ledger and project or construction accounting In-depth understanding of U.S. GAAP and construction/project accounting (Percentage of Completion) required Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA and/or MBA preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP accounting/reporting tools preferred
