Commercial Bid Coordinator

1. JOB PURPOSE The Commercial Bid Coordinator supports the Bid Team of the organization by coordinating the preparation of fee proposals, tenders, prequalification submissions, consultancy agreements, and commercial documentation for new business opportunities. The role is responsible for ensuring that all commercial submissions are accurate, competitive, compliant, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Working closely with the Bid Manager, Bid Team Lead, Project Directors, Design Teams, and Finance Department, the Commercial Bid Coordinator assists in developing fee proposals, resource schedules, commercial qualifications, and contractual submissions to support successful project acquisition.
