We're looking for a warm, reliable nanny for 1-2 children in Portland. We follow an attachment-focused, responsive parenting approach and are looking for someone who values a collaborative, team based relationship with parents. We prioritize responding to our children's cues, allowing them time to build trust with a new caregiver, and using gradual, child-led transitions rather than prolonged crying. We'd also love someone comfortable helping with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
