All candidates must have a Ph.D. degree in biotechnology, immunology, biochemistry, cell or molecular biology, bioengineering, or related field, and technical experience in biotechnology, immunology, molecular biology and/or biochemistry. No law firm experience is required.
The position will work with partners and senior associates of the firm, specifically with regard to domestic and foreign patent preparation and prosecution, freedom-to-operate and patentability analyses, researching and drafting legal opinions for clients, and assisting with patent office litigation matters.
The Firm offers a 1500 billable hour/year requirement. xzbcwsv
This is a full time in-office position, with the opportunity for hybrid work (2 days/week remote) after six months to qualifying employees.
Salary starting at $90,000
