Role Description The Ayurvedic Doctor – Full Time will provide on-site consultations at Cure By Design’s Bengaluru location, offering evidence-based Ayurvedic guidance and personalized treatment plans that integrate hemp-based products where appropriate. The role involves conducting detailed patient assessments, maintaining accurate clinical records, monitoring progress, and adjusting therapies in line with Ayurvedic principles. The doctor will collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure medical accuracy in educational content, contribute to product development insights, and participate in awareness initiatives, workshops, and community outreach. Daily responsibilities include responding to medical queries about hemp and Ayurveda, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and supporting a safe, ethical, and patient-centric care environment. This is a full-time on-site position requiring consistent presence during clinic and office hours.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Ayurvedic medicine, including clinical diagnosis, treatment planning, and integration of Ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle interventions.
• Knowledge of hemp-based therapeutics and comfort in counseling patients on the safe, evidence-informed use of hemp and related wellness products.
• Ability to conduct thorough patient consultations, maintain clear medical records, and monitor outcomes with attention to detail and ethical standards.
• Effective communication skills for explaining complex Ayurvedic concepts in accessible language and addressing patient and partner queries with clarity.
• Collaborative mindset for working with product, marketing, and operations teams, including participation in educational programs and awareness campaigns.
• Recognized qualification in Ayurveda (e.g., BAMS or equivalent) from an accredited institution and appropriate registration with relevant medical authorities.
• Experience in clinical practice, preferably in integrative or holistic medicine settings, and familiarity with wellness, nutrition, or herbal products.
• Comfort working in a fast-growing, purpose-driven organization, with openness to continuous learning about hemp, regulatory developments, and patient needs.
