Executive assistant to global cfo

This role will drive operational excellence and execution of strategic and important projects in Finance. This role will enable communication, collaboration, strategy execution and special projects across the CFO organization. The incumbent will be a sounding board for the CFO and execute on projects and programs that are important to the success of the division.
Responsibilities
Lead and execute on urgent and strategic key projects for the CFO and Finance organization
Prepare high quality Board meeting and strategic presentations, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and actionable insights for senior management decision making.
Drive strategic initiatives or special projects end-to-end, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
Manage cross-functional programs by coordinating with stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring closure of action items.
Conduct research and financial analysis, and provide insights to support informed business decisions.
Support the CFO in internal and external meetings through preparation of briefs, presentations, and key discussion materials.
Preparing board materials, investor communications, and executive presentations on behalf of the CFO.
Provide strategic and operational support for key leadership engagements and organizational initiatives.
Qualifications
Chartered Account with 3-5 years of experience
Strong financial acumen and experience with financial modelling/planning.
Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
