Retail InternJoin our fast-paced Retail Management team for a paid, 12-week, hands-on internship designed to build real-world business and leadership experience. As a Retail Intern, you'll play an active role in daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and help maintain a high-performing environment. You'll work closely with team members, prioritize tasks, and support store goals. Throughout the internship, you'll gain leadership experience by contributing to team meetings, participating in store audits, and supporting operational and administrative functions. As you grow in the role, you'll take on increased responsibility, including leading store shifts and making business-focused decisions that directly impact store success.Qualifications:Actively working toward a 2 or 4 year degree in Business Management/Administration or related fieldHigh aptitude for learning and performing a variety of tasksKnowledgeable with Microsoft Office productsStrong oral and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracySelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyAbility to maintain confidentialityProven team playerStrong organizational and multitasking skillsWork Schedule: Internship hours may vary with workload but interested students must be willing to work a minimum 20 hours per week Monday thru Sunday during the school semesters and potentially up to 40 hours during school breaks.
