We're Hiring – Business Development Manager (Domestic IT Staffing) - Location: Hyderabad - Mode of Work: Work From Office (5 Days a Week) - Experience: 8+ Years - Notice Period: Immediate Joiner preferred.
Are you passionate about business development and client acquisition in the Domestic IT Staffing industry? We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct client acquisition for Domestic IT Staffing services - Lead generation through LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, and referrals - End-to-end business development and account management - Collaborate with recruitment teams for successful closures - Client relationship management and revenue generation
Required Skills: - Strong experience in Domestic IT Staffing business development - Proven track record in acquiring direct clients - Good understanding of IT hiring and staffing models - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Experience in contract and permanent staffing
