Project Manager - Treasury [Bangalore]

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager – Treasury to lead strategic treasury and technology initiatives for a global financial services environment.

Experience: 14+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Treasury initiatives across the project lifecycle.
• Manage project plans, governance, milestones, RAID logs, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with business, technology, architecture, compliance, legal, risk, operations, finance, procurement, and external partners.
• Drive alignment across Front, Middle, and Back Office functions.
• Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, governance documentation, and stakeholder presentations.
• Manage vendors, implementation readiness, scope changes, and project handovers.

Required Skills

✅ 14+ years of Project/Program Management experience

✅ Strong background in Treasury, Global Markets, FinTech, or regulated financial services

✅ Experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation and technology initiatives

✅ Strong understanding of Treasury products, trading lifecycles, cash & liquidity management, and risk management

✅ Knowledge of Bloomberg, LSEG, Flexcube, FMC , and Treasury platform integrations

✅ Expertise in stakeholder management, governance, executive reporting, vendor coordination, and cross-functional delivery

✅ Strong knowledge of system integration, technology architecture, and regulatory frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

✔ Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Master's preferred)

✔ PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage
