Maintenance Technician

WHAT YOU'LL DO: This position will perform a variety of maintenance tasks including diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment. Technicians work as part of a team to safely perform preventive maintenance activities as well as answer break down calls in a production environment. Maintenance Technician positions are multi-craft and training is provided to develop these skills. Follow manufacturers' manuals to determine test and maintenance procedures. Candidates must follow all safety rules, work hour regulations, and keep work areas in a clean and safe condition. Compliance with quality and safety management requirements. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1+ Year experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery. Trade certification a plus (HVAC, Welding, Mechanical, Electrical) Must be a U.S. citizen and be eligible to apply for and maintain a U.S. security clearance. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in robotics or mechatronics preferred. Experience with maintenance and repair of robotic and automation systems. Proficient in reading technical documents and schematics. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various conditions. Willingness to work flexible hours, including emergency call-ins.
