Urgent Hiring – Operations Manager | US Life / Annuity Insurance

We are #Hiring for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in US Life Insurance, Annuity Insurance, or any Insurance domain .

Role: Operations Manager

Location: Mangalore

Shift: US Shift (6:30 PM – 3:45 AM IST)

Experience: 10–12 Years

Eligibility:

✅ 10–12 years of experience in US Life Insurance, Annuity Insurance, or Insurance Operations

✅ Proven experience in Operations Management and team leadership

✅ Excellent Stakeholder Management and Client Relationship Management skills

✅ Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

✅ Willingness to work in US shifts
