Regional Operations Manager — SOP & Inventory Excellence

Core & Main is seeking a District Operations Manager to scale capacity, standardize processes, and strengthen discipline across regional branches. The DOM will own inventory integrity, SOP compliance, and readiness for national initiatives, freeing District Managers to focus on customers, talent, and growth.

Reporting to the Regional Director, the DOM will drive weekly/monthly rhythms, manage regional scorecards, and coach Branch Managers toward consistent performance.
