Job SummaryConduct analyses of Taxpayer Services eServices programs, policies, and processes to eliminate non-value-added steps, improve operational efficiency, build QA test plans, conduct system testing, and provide internal technical support.

Core ResponsibilitiesPlan and conduct operational and system analyses, surveys, and comprehensive reports.Build QA test plans, execute system testing, and analyze system performance.Provide technical assistance and helpdesk support to troubleshoot customer and system issues.Apply Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies (Arizona Management System / AMS).
Required Experience & Technical SkillsExperience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of management analysis experience.Technical Skills:XML (Altova XMLSpy)SQL (MS SQL Server Management Studio)Azure DevOpsQuality Assurance testing & technology systems analysisAnalytical Skills: Strong ability to collect/synthesize data, troubleshoot problems, and develop actionable solutions.
