Junior / Trainee Service Engineer (Electrical)

Are you a Junior / trainee Service Engineer from an electrical background looking to kick start your career in a market leading manufacturer of critical power systems, with the opportunity to work on cutting edge technology with tailored in-house training to make you a fully-fledged Engineer?

In this role you will travel to multiple blue chip customer sites over the central belt of Scotland, where you will work on critical power systems including UPS, batteries, power distribution, and site monitoring equipment, whilst delivering technical advice to clients and customer.
Operating for over 40 years this company pride themselves on their excellent service and customer satisfaction. They primarily manufacture and commission various UPS systems for the oil, gas and nuclear industry and are now rapidly expanding their businesses all over the UK.
This role would suit a junior or trainee Service Engineer with an electrical background looking for the opportunity to work on critical power systems and start their career with a company that will value your development and make you a well-rounded Engineer.
The Role:
Perform startups, maintenance, and emergency repairs on UPS, batteries, power distribution, and site monitoring equipment
Travel to client sites across the UK, troubleshooting power systems
Provide technical recommendations and collaborate with the service team
9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, overtime available paid at 1.5x
