Hiring: Cost Controller Bengaluru Hybrid

We are looking for a Cost Controller to join our Business Planning & Control team in Bengaluru.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• CA Qualified / CA Inter Qualified
• 5+ years of relevant experience after CA Final / CA Inter
• Required experience working with Indian clients and Indian accounts
• Required experience working in a service-based company
• Strong experience in Cost Control, OPEX, Budgeting & Forecasting, P&L and Cost Optimization
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to work with large datasets
• Good understanding of Cost Centre, GL, Provisioning and Cost Apportionment
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Drive cost control and support budget owners in staying within budgets
• Conduct Actuals vs. Budget analysis and provide insights to stakeholders
• Manage OPEX budgeting and rolling forecasts
• Perform cost allocation/apportionment across LOBs
• Identify and drive cost-saving and optimization initiatives
• Support incentive provisioning and special project cost tracking
• Ensure accurate cost booking and reporting
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and provide financial insights for decision-making
