Front Office Executive

We’re looking for a warm, confident and people-first Front Office Executive who can make guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome guests, handle check-ins/check-outs and manage reservations.
• Handle guest requests, queries and complaints with ownership and empathy.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage and other teams to ensure a smooth stay.
• Provide local recommendations and help guests make the most of Pune.
• Handle calls, WhatsApp enquiries, payments and basic front-office documentation.
• Proactively spot what a guest needs and solve problems rather than simply pass them on.
• Maintain a welcoming, lively and professional front desk environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking English, Hindi and preferably Marathi .
• Hospitality experience is preferred, but the right attitude matters more than a fancy CV.
• Comfortable working shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Someone who is warm, observant, solution-oriented and genuinely enjoys meeting people.
