Serenity Recruitment Group is partnering with a global, top-tier commercial real estate services firm to hire an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead a complex industrial portfolio for three major institutional clients.
This is a high-profile, client-facing role for someone who pairs hands-on industrial expertise with strong financial acumen.
What you'll do:• Lead relationships with three institutional clients and deliver on their investment goals• Oversee a multi-site industrial portfolio (warehouse, logistics, light industrial)• Own operating and capital budgets, forecasts and variance reporting• Manage CAM reconciliations, rent collection and lease compliance• Deliver capital projects and maintain safety and regulatory standards• Lead and develop a team of property managers and admin staff
What you'll bring:• 7+ years in commercial property management, with significant industrial experience• A track record managing assets for institutional owners (REITs, pension funds, PE)• Strong financial skills: budgeting, forecasting, reporting and CAM reconciliations• Experience with NNN leases and complex, multi-site portfolios• Team leadership experience• Yardi or MRI and advanced Excel• CPM, RPA or CCIM a plus
