Sales Engineer

Job Description:

• Manage assigned customer accounts and maintain strong relationships with purchasing, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams.
• Attend customer meetings and coordinate technical and commercial discussions with the NPD, RFQ, engineering, quality, and production teams.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in precision machining, fabrication, and assembled products.
• Coordinate with RFQ and NPD teams to ensure timely quotation submission and successful project execution.
• Review customer enquiries, drawings, specifications, and commercial requirements.
• Track RFQs, sample developments, tooling, PPAPs, and SOP timelines to ensure on-time completion.
• Follow up on quotations, support commercial discussions, and drive RFQ-to-order conversion.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, procurement, and logistics teams to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless execution.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, International Sales will be added advantage.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand manufacturing processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with international customers and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365.
