We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in Busy Software to manage day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, invoicing, and statutory accounting support. The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Perform general accounting entries in Busy Software
• Handle bank reconciliation on a regular basis
• Conduct credit card reconciliation
• Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase invoices, and proforma invoices
• Record general expense entries in Busy Software
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents
• Perform ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in day-to-day accounting and finance activities
• Coordinate with internal teams for invoice and payment-related matters

• Hands-on experience in Busy Accounting Software
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and TCS
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
• Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience in a busy work environment
• Commerce graduate preferred (/ )
