Role: Java Full stack Developer
Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite - 5 days a week)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with a strong
background in delivering high-quality, zero-defect projects. The ideal candidate
will possess exceptional analytical skills, drive technical excellence through
code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java 8, Spring Boot, and
REST APIs.
- Design and optimize queries for SQL and Oracle databases.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to develop user interfaces, preferably using
Angular 8.
- Integrate systems using JMS, Kafka, and GIS technologies.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Participate in Agile development practices.
Technical Requirements
Must-Have Skills
- Languages & Core: Java 8, Core Java / J2EE fundamentals, REST APIs
- Frontend: Angular 8
- Frameworks & Databases: Spring Boot, Spring, Hibernate (or proficiency in JSF
/ Struts), MongoDB, MySQL, Oracle Database (very strong skills essential)
- Big Data & Messaging: Apache Spark, Kafka (or other messaging services)
- Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS SDK (Basic), Azure SDK (Basic)
Good-to-Have Skills
- DevOps & Tools: Docker, Linux (Basic), ETL Tools, Integration Testing
- IoT & Cloud Services: IoT, Azure IoT Hub, Azure Event Hub
- Data & Methodologies: Data Analytics (Tableau), Agile Development Methodology
Desired Profile & Responsibilities
* Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong analytical and problem-solving
abilities paired with very good communication skills.
* Leadership & Quality: Capable of conducting thorough code reviews, mentoring
junior developers, and driving a culture of "First Time Right" with zero
production defects.
* Integration Experience: Prior experience with Web Services or JMS is a strong
plus.
The base salary for this position is $92,250 to $110,258 plus incentives that
align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based
on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and
competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include

program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning
days.
