Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Hybrid)

Shift: Night Shift 

Experience: 3–6 Years

Salary: INR 6–10 LPA (Depending on qualification & experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations & Project Coordinator to manage operational projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, improve processes, and ensure timely execution of business initiatives for a growing Canadian fintech/mortgage startup.

Key Responsibility

• Manage projects from planning to execution and closure.
• Assign tasks, track timelines, follow up on deliverables, and ensure accountability.
• Develop and improve SOPs, workflows, and process documentation .
• Create and track KRAs, KPIs, and team performance .
• Coordinate with Operations, Product, Compliance, Marketing, and other teams.
• Maintain project trackers, reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
• Handle operational tools, marketing operations, and back-office coordination.
• Provide regular project updates and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or Project Coordination .
• Master’s degree in Operations Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• Strong experience in project tracking, process improvement, SOPs, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with KRAs/KPIs and performance tracking .
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ownership and ability to work independently.
• Startup/Fintech/Mortgage experience is a plus.
