Project Manager

Experience: 13–18 Years | Location: Bangalore Role Overview Lead end-to-end execution of premium residential, villa, plotted, mixed-use, or redevelopment projects from mobilization to handover, ensuring delivery within approved timelines, cost, quality, safety, and design standards. Key Responsibilities Lead execution across civil, structural, finishing, façade, MEP, infrastructure, amenities, and external development. Drive site planning, work-front readiness, milestone tracking, productivity, and recovery actions to meet project timelines. Manage contractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams, ensuring accountability and productivity. Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and statutory compliances. Drive quality, inspections, snagging, de-snagging, testing, commissioning, and project handover. Coordinate with Design, Planning, Procurement, Contracts, QS, Quality, Safety, CRM, and Operations teams for seamless delivery. Monitor scope, material usage, billing, variations, and commercial risks to support cost control. Provide management visibility on project progress, risks, delays, and recovery plans. Build a high-performance site culture focused on ownership, quality, safety, and timely delivery. Key Competencies Strong residential construction and project execution expertise. Strong knowledge of civil, structural, finishing, façade, MEP, and construction sequencing. Excellent contractor, stakeholder, and site team management. Strong planning, quality, cost-control, and problem-solving skills. High ownership, accountability, and execution orientation. Preferred Profile 13–18 years of relevant experience in real estate/construction project execution. Proven experience delivering large-scale premium residential or mixed-use projects. Experience with reputed real estate developers or construction organizations preferred.
