Revit Specialist (BIM) - Interior Designer - Office Interiors

Key Responsibilities : ● Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for commercial office spaces. ● Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for client presentations. ● Develop detailed Revit models, drawings, and documentation. ● Prepare design development drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation in Revit. ● Coordinate with project managers, vendors, consultants, and execution teams. ● Conduct site visits and ensure designs are implemented as per approved plans. ● Assist in material selection, furniture specification, and finish schedules. ' ● Ensure compliance with design standards, building regulations, and project requirements. ● Revise designs based on client feedback and project needs. ● Maintain project documentation and design records. Requirements : Technical Skills : ● Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit. ● Expertise in SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar visualization software. ● Proficiency in AutoCAD. ● Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and presentation tools. ● Experience in creating photorealistic renders and walkthroughs. ● Understanding of commercial interior fit-outs and workplace design. Soft Skills : ● Strong design sensibility and attention to detail. ● Excellent visualization and presentation skills. ● Good communication and stakeholder management abilities. ● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. ● Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
