Spectra360 is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to our Arizona Market. You won’t inherit a book of business and maintain it. You’ll build one from day one, meeting with manufacturers, distributors and transportation companies across the West Valley who need reliable workforce solutions.
What you’ll doProspect and win new B2B accounts in manufacturing, transportation, distribution and administrative servicesMeet face-to-face with owners, plant managers and HR leaders to understand their hiring challengesManage your own territory and pipeline from first conversation through closeWork hand in hand with our recruiting team, who source and deliver the talent you sellGrow accounts into long-term partnerships

Requirements: 1+ year of outside sales, B2B or B2C sales, or other customer-facing experience, plus comfort learning CRM and sales technology. xzbcwsv
